While the bar may appear inviting from the outside , what I encountered behind its doors was shocking and unacceptable on multiple levels .

From the moment I walked in , it was clear that sanitation was not a priority at this bar . The ground was covered in grime , and a pungent odor of old alcohol and uncleaned toilets suffused the entire establishment .
